Compass Hotel Group Limited (CXH) is one of the largest freehold-owned and operated hotel and tavern portfolios in Western Australia, combining positive growth from the State’s vibrant economy with strong management.

In late 2007, CXH launched with a successful Initial Public Offering of Stapled Securities and Ordinary Shares to retail and institutional investors for the acquisition of 14 properties including 13 hotel and tavern sites across Western Australia.

Settlement of all 13 sites has now been finalised and CXH has commenced the process of improving value for security holders through implementation of efficient systems, improved trading and the upgrade and re-development of the acquired sites.
