Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
15 February 2008 Compass Hotel Group Limited (CXH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Regan Cheriton as Chief Financial Officer of CXH effective from 3 March 2008.
Mr Cheriton has extensive financial experience gained through working with various listed entities both here in Australia and overseas. Most recently this includes company secretarial and financial experience for a term of over 4 years with Sydney Attractions Group Limited.
The current CFO, Geraldine Mack, has resigned from that role effective 3 March 2008, due to personal reasons, but will remain with CXH on a part-time basis.
The Managing Director and CEO of CXH, Bryan Northcote, said “We are delighted to have been able to secure someone of the experience and quality of Regan Cheriton to this important post within CXH.
